Here is how to install non-Market apps on your AT&T Android handsets:
1.Download the USB drivers from phone maker's website.
2.Download the Android SDK from Google.
3.Extract the SDK and save it in a folder. You name the folder anything you choose
3.Grab your phone and go to Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Development and check the box labeled “USB debugging Debug mode when USB is connected.”
4. Take the .apk file and place it inside the “tools” folder in the Android SDK folder. That is the file you downloaded from Google (step #2)
5. On your PC, open up a command prompt, navigate to that same “tools” folder and type “adb install application.apk“ (of course, you will need to replace the “application” portion with the name of the app you just added to the folder and want to install)
