Instructions for Learning and Using the Boost™
1. Practice the Performance Boost five days prior to the event.
2. Listen to the Boost at least 3 times per day.
3. Try repeating the Boost silently to yourself without this recording.
4. Ten minutes prior to the event listen to the Boost and you are ready.
