Uninstall every maps!

# rm /system/app/OldMaps.apk
# rm /system/app/OldMaps.odex OR /data/dalvik-cache/*OldMaps*.dex

OR Use Titanium Backup to uninstall.

adb push Maps_mod_630.apk /sdcard/
and Backup /data/system/packages.xml file and then procced.
$su
# cd /data/system
#busybox sed -i '/<shared-user name="com.google.android.apps.maps/,/<\/shared-user>/d' packages.xml
#busybox sed -i '/<package name="com.google.android.apps.maps/,/<\/package>/d' packages.xml
#busybox sed -i '/com.google.android.apps.maps.permission.C2D_MESSAGE/d' packages.xml
#chmod 600 packages.xml
#chown system.system packages.xml
#cat /sdcard/Maps_mod_630.apk > /system/app/Maps.apk
#chmod 644 /system/app/Maps.apk
#reboot
